Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Tinker Table Lab website and to any purchase you make from it. Tinker Table Lab is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. Our products are for adults to use with their family.

2. Products and digital delivery

Our products are digital files (PDF). After payment, download buttons appear on the thank-you page and we email you personal download links that stay active for 7 days. You can request fresh links anytime at /access with your purchase email. No physical product is shipped. You are responsible for having a device and software that can open PDF files.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, by completing your purchase you ask us to make the digital content available immediately and you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect the 14-day refund on the main product described below.

3. License

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print it for use by you and your household. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, sublicense or publish the files or any part of them, or use them to create a competing product. All content remains the property of Hydra Constellation SRL.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once. There are no subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our own checkout page. We do not store your card number. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on 40 Cardboard Engineering Projects, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Safety and educational content

Our products are educational content for families. They are not professional advice of any kind and they are not a toy, a kit or a school curriculum. The projects are designed for children aged 5 to 12 building with an adult. You are responsible for supervising children and for deciding which projects and steps suit your child's age and abilities. Follow the safety rules in the products: adults do all cutting with blades, all hot glue (low-temperature glue gun only), all hole poking and all skewer snipping; keep button and coin batteries and small magnets out of the workshop; keep small parts away from children under 3; never aim launchers at people or pets. Materials, tools and household items you choose to use are your responsibility.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not promise any specific learning, academic or developmental outcome from using our products.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live that give you more protection.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
